Our RFID enabled Waste Management System is being developed and implemented to cater the needs of organizations to help their Operations department in streamlining the processes of Delivery, Collection and Replacement, and to capture transactions of operations Near On Line. The transactions will be a set of data confirming WHAT was the operation (Delivery, Collection, Replacement), WHERE was the operation done (Customer Site, Collection Point, Skip/Bin ID), WHEN was the operation done (Date & Time) and WHO did the operation (Operator ID). This Empowers the Clients to browse their own data on the Web so as to build confidence and maintain the transparency. Our system as a whole increases the comfort level of employees by equipping them with Identification technology devices and relieve them of the mundane jobs like Data Entry, Hand written Slips etc.
Key Deliverables:
• Automate Job Scheduling / Planning on Monthly and Daily basis, facilitating manual modification /entry.
• Instant Capture of transactions of activities and upload on Web Server via GPRS.
• Provide logins to Clients and develop standard screen views for browsing.

• Provision for the clients to upload On-Call Job Order and update the Monthly Schedule table.

This system is currently in place at DULSCO, and has become one of our success stories in our RFID service. DULSCO has multiple business units in UAE but the RFID Waste Management System is made common for all. The transactions of all business units are stored at single location and generate Unit level reports and / or Group level reports. Each stakeholder can access the information according to his/her Role & Right to the information. These requirements have been met by using the state of the art technologies like GPRS, Web and NFC (Near Field Communication).
